Floor area, ceiling height, load-in door dimensions, available amperage, blackout, natural light, rigging, truck parking and internet — send your dates and requirements and you will get the measured figures for the spaces you need.
They are not printed here because none of them have been verified, and a gaffer who plans around a number a website guessed at loses the day. A blank is honest; a wrong figure is expensive.

A Working Venue, on the Days It Is Not Working
This is a restaurant, a bar and an event space. Midweek daytime it is none of those, which is exactly when a production wants it — empty, quiet, and considerably cheaper than a Saturday.
Several Looks, One Address
Dining room, bar, lounge and exterior in one location. Fewer company moves, which on a tight schedule is worth more than any single space.
Weekday Rates
Booked when the building would otherwise be empty. Ask about a half day — for stills and small units it is usually all you need.
A Kitchen On Site
Preva Kitchen can feed the unit, so lunch does not cost you an hour and a driver. Say so with the inquiry and it gets timed to your schedule.
Brands on Camera
A venue is full of logos. What can be moved or covered is a conversation to have in prep, and the clearances are yours — but nobody should discover that in the edit.

The biggest floor and the most height. Dimensions and what can be rigged above it are confirmed against your plan rather than described.

A practical bar with real stock behind it, plus booth seating. Raise brand clearance early if the bottles are going to be in shot.

Entrance, patio and lot — arrivals, exteriors, and where the truck goes. Off I-96 and Telegraph with parking on site.
