Most venue pages sell you the view. The things that actually decide whether a content day works are invisible in photographs: the noise floor, where the outlets are, and whether you can get more than one backdrop without packing the car.
Judge the Audio Yourself
Come with headphones and whatever you record on, at the time of day you would shoot. We would rather you hear it than take our word for it, because you are the one who has to edit it.
More Than One Backdrop

Lounge Seating
Two chairs and a low table, soft furnishings to take the edge off the room. Usually the first place a conversation show ends up.

More depth behind the subject, and room to put a camera further back. Bigger spaces are livelier acoustically, so worth hearing before you commit.
