Preva Kitchen can provide catering options for wedding receptions. Menu style and service format are confirmed with the events team for each booking.

Licensed and insured outside caterers may be permitted, subject to venue approval and a current certificate of insurance. Preva Kitchen is also available for on-site catering.

Bar and beverage service is provided in house. Michigan law requires alcohol to be served under the venue license, so outside alcohol cannot be brought in, and valid ID is required for anyone served. Patio use may be available depending on weather, venue scheduling, and the wedding plan. Michigan weather makes this a seasonal option, so an indoor alternative is planned alongside it for any date outside the warmer months.

The end time is agreed with the events team when the booking is planned. It depends on the day of the week, the venue's licensing, and what else is scheduled that night, so it is confirmed in writing in the proposal rather than left open.
