PREVA can host up to 700 guests for cocktail receptions or up to 450 guests for formal seated banquet dinners with stage and dance floor.

Do you require a minimum spend for event bookings? +

Minimums vary based on the day of week, time slot, and event type. Our events coordinator will provide a custom proposal with all minimums after your initial inquiry.

Is in-house catering required, or can we bring outside caterers? +

Preva Kitchen offers complete chef-driven catering on-site. For specialized cultural and South Asian events, we allow licensed and insured outside caterers.

What is included in the venue rental? +

Rental packages include tables, chairs, basic linens, concert audio system, ambient intelligent lighting, a dedicated event manager, and security staff.

How do I secure my event date? +

A 25% deposit secures your date on our calendar. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
